We manage to pop into their office on a fairly regular basis and more often than not there is a coffee on arrival, which is a bonus.

It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Yorkshire Hideaways over the last six months and to feel like “part of a family” again.

The transition from my last holiday company (including transferring existing bookings) has been absolutely seamless with no problems encountered for either myself or guests.

I do not live local and therefore pay for the managed services. Any issues with the property – or with guests – have, in my absence, been dealt with swiftly, professionally and to everyone’s satisfaction. I am always kept well informed of any actions needed – and the costs involved.

The Leyburn office has a small staff and therefore very busy but they always have time for a catch up by phone or in person and when I do pop in I’m always made to feel extremely welcome and “special” – as I said before it is like being part of a family.

I cannot commend Yorkshire Hideaways – and especially the team in Leyburn – highly enough and have no hesitation in recommending them.
